How do I determine the correct size for my dobok or karategi?
Our uniforms are generally sized by height in centimeters. We recommend choosing the size closest to your total height; however, if you are between sizes or prefer a roomier fit, we suggest selecting one size up to account for movement.
Is Daedo equipment approved for official competitions?
Yes, Daedo is an official protector and sponsor for World Taekwondo (WT) and the World Karate Federation (WKF). Most of our competition gear is officially homologated and legal for international tournament use.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
International shipping typically takes between 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for protective gear?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, items such as mouthguards or groin protectors cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
How should I clean and maintain my electronic protectors (PSS)?
Electronic protectors should never be submerged in water. We recommend wiping them down with a damp cloth and mild disinfectant after use, then allowing them to air dry completely away from direct heat sources.
