Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the martial arts equipment you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the gear is in unworn, competition-ready condition.

  Ship to Daedo

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the equipment meets our safety and quality standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
